Welcome!

We are a group of book artists based in the English-Welsh border region of the United Kingdom, an area known as the Marches, and have a wider membership online via Zoom. Formed in 2009, our group comprises makers at every level, from those just discovering the joys of book arts to professional artists renowned for their artist's books. We come from, and share our skills in, a variety of disciplines such as textiles, 3D, paper sculpture, calligraphy, graphic design and printmaking. We exhibit at national book arts shows and local venues.

The group meets on the third Thursday of the month at Aston on Clun Village Hall SY7 8EH starting at 10.00am.

The wider group also meets online via Zoom on the first Tuesday of the month, alternating between morning and evening meetings. If you're interested and inspired by book arts, why not get in touch to find out more.

See our window display at The Poetry Pharmacy throughout February and join us there on Saturday 17th February for a workshop on how to make a Flag Book book here. Both events are taking place as part of the Bishop's Castle Arts Festival
